We may collect the following when you sign in via Google or Email:

We collect anonymous usage statistics to improve:

• feature experience

• crash prevention

c. Saved Content

• PDFs you save are stored either locally on your device or in Firebase, linked to your account.

2. Streak, XP & Leaderboard Data

To support learning motivation, our app includes streak tracking, XP rewards, and a leaderboard.

We store:

• Your streak count (active days)

• XP earned from games and activities

• Your leaderboard ranking

• Only your username is ever shown publicly.
  (Email and personal identity are never displayed.)

How This Data Is Used

• To calculate leaderboard positions

• To show streak progress

• To reward XP for tasks

Data Protection

• Stored securely in Firebase

• Never sold or shared with third parties

• Deleted permanently if you delete your account

3. Games & Brain Puzzles

Our app includes games (Word Path, Sudoku, ZIP Puzzle, Word Builder, etc.) for learning and entertainment.

We do NOT collect personal data from gameplay.

• Game scores are not linked to your personal identity

• No gameplay data is shared or sold

• Some games may show AdMob advertisements, following Google’s policies

4. Community & Chat Feature

Users can send messages, reply, and engage in community discussions.

Information Collected

We store:

• Your display name

• Message content (text only)

• Message timestamp

We do NOT collect:

• Phone numbers

• Contacts

• Private media

• Device files

Chat Rules

Users must not share:

• Abusive or harmful messages

• Private/personal information

• Spam or ads

• Exam leaks, illegal files, or harmful content

Moderation

• Users may report inappropriate messages

• Moderators may delete violating messages

• Repeated violations may result in temporary or permanent restrictions

Chat Data Retention

Chat messages may remain stored while the community feature is active.
You may request deletion at support@ourcreativeinfo.in.

5. Third-Party Services We Use

Your data may be processed through the following trusted services:

• Firebase Authentication – secure login

• Firebase Firestore/Storage – data storage

• AdMob (Google Ads) – monetization and ads

All these services follow industry-standard security protocols.

We may send optional notifications regarding:

• Updates

• Competitions

• New study resources

• Important announcements

You may disable notifications at any time in your device settings.

We use secure Firebase services that meet industry security standards.
Your data is:

8. User Controls & Data Deletion

You can:

• Delete your account anytime using the Delete Account option in the app

• Or request deletion by emailing: support@ourcreativeinfo.in

When you delete your account:

• All your personal data

• Saved PDFs (if stored in Firebase)

• Streak, XP, and leaderboard data

• Chat data
  will be permanently removed from our servers.
